We meet up with a coffee in the morning at Kajaktiv Tjörn, then we start with
to have a small theory lesson with a focus on safety, joy and adrenaline. The course is intensive and requires knowledge corresponding to the advanced course. There will be a lot of bathing so wetsuit or dry suit is mandatory.

A requirement is that you must be able to swim at least 200 meters.
